The trees shed their leaves in Autumn because they no longer serve them, so too are we being asked to release & let go what no longer serves us and you know what if it’s good enough for the trees, it’s good enough for us. Letting go is a powerful practice.
Autumn is always a reflective time for me. We moved into this house 2 years ago, it was our 4th move in 3 years. The leaves are dropping from the trees in the glorious Autumnal hues & it is a reminder to me of impermanence & letting go. So it’s always an apt time to reflect.
Reflecting we can see how far we've come. Take some time to acknowledge & appreciate all the little shifts because they aren't so little over time. As humans we are in such a rush to achieve something & not even take some time to acknowledge that achievement.
I invite you to take some time to reflect on this last year & appreciate every small step forward - I bet there's more than you imagined.
Write down every achievement small or large.
Reframing our experiences is also an important element of reflection & letting go. All experiences are opportunities to heal & grow if we choose to see them like that. And this is immensely powerful. It raises our vibration & create space to let go of stories that no longer serve us. This creates the space for something better to move in.
Be mindful sometimes when we start to transform it can become more chaotic, that's a good thing, it means it's working, change is happening.
