We are really lucky to live in such a beautiful town. Evesham's park teams do a fantastic job to make our public parks, gardens, and town planters look so attractive and a huge amount of work goes into maintaining them this year.
But they can't do it alone. They need your help for a new rewilding project which will involve planting a range of wild native flowers across our cemetries, open spaces, and public meadows.
Evesham Town Council is looking for volunteers to come along on Thursday 13th March to help with the rewilding project.
If you would like to take part please email council@eveshamtowncouncil.gov.uk. The work you do will truly make a difference to our town by making it even more beautiful and the most perfect habitat for the local wildlife.

Evesham Noticeboard takes over hosting duties for Non League Networking
In February, Evesham Noticeboard founder Katie Gilbert was asked to Guest host at Non League Network by its leader Steve Cook. The group has been running for almost 3 years and is open to business owners from Evesham and the Vale. Each month, business leaders and owners get together at Evesham United Football Club to network with each other whilst enjoying a tasty lunch provided by the football club.
Each month there is also a guest speak and this month it was Kieran from Pal Fitness & Education CIC who also run Cycle with Pals. Kieran even brought one of their adapted bicycles with him for business owners to see and try out.
There was a fantastic mix of business owners in the room and it was great to learn a little more about the other businesses that are based in and around the area.
One of the regulars, Business Coach Peter Bayliss ran a session called extra time which has become a staple of this regular group. During the session, business owners could mention something they were currently having issues with and other business owners in the room could then contribute and provide advice based on their own experiences. The session was incredibly insightful and the room was buzzing. Its so great to see so many business owners supporting each other.
Katie says, "Thanks to everyone who welcomed me and I look forward to meeting you all again soon. Special shout out to the boss Steve for having me."
Evesham Non League Networking is usually held on the last Thursday of the month. The next lunch is on Thursday 27th March you can book your place via the link below.
