Vale Matters is a community-focused podcast dedicated to showcasing the vibrant stories, people, and events of Evesham. We aim to connect listeners with the heart and soul of our town.

Job Description:

As a Co-Host of Vale Matters, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging and informative podcast episodes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Researching and Pitching Topics: Identifying potential topics that align with the podcast's mission and resonate with the Evesham community.
• Interviewing Guests: Conducting insightful and engaging interviews with local individuals, businesses, and organizations.
• Hosting & Co-Hosting Episodes: Collaborating with the primary host to facilitate smooth and engaging conversations.

Requirements:

• Passion for Evesham: A deep appreciation for the local community and a desire to share its stories.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a natural talent for engaging in conversations.
• Basic Tech Skills: (training can be provided) Although we only have basic skills ourselves!
• Time Commitment: Willingness to dedicate approximately 5 hours per month to the podcast. Produce one podcast a month.
• Positive Attitude: A friendly and enthusiastic approach to podcasting and community engagement.
• Onsite podcast studio in Evesham
