Create Your Own Magical Fungi Ornament – Exclusive Powertex Workshop!

Transform a plain vase/ornament into a stunning, sculptural masterpiece!

Join us for a truly enchanting creative experience where you’ll learn how to turn an ordinary vase/ornament into a magical, textured work of art with a beautiful fungi theme. Using a variety of mixed media techniques, you’ll sculpt, layer, and bring your unique design to life - all under the expert guidance of fully trained and certified Powertex Tutors.

What You’ll Learn & Create: How to use Powertex and mixed media to alter and sculpt a plain vase/ornament Techniques for adding texture, dimension, and intricate details. Ways to create a realistic fungi-inspired design with depth and character

All products and equipment are included in the price.

Refreshments will be provided and there will be a short break for lunch so please bring a packed lunch (please no nuts or popcorn due to a serious allergy).

The cost of this workshop is £65 per person. A £20 non refundable (but transferrable) deposit will secure your place. The balance is then due on the day.

Spaces are limited – please note that we need 2 people to be able to run this workshop. This will be held in our upstairs studio (if stairs are a problem, please speak to us as we can relocate downstairs with notice).

You will be supported through each stage of the sculpture, from building the base to working with clay and adding colour.

No previous experience is necessary, you will be given guidance to understand the techniques and complete your ornament with step-by-step instructions.

* Please note - if you have a nut allergy, the Bister sprays that we are using contain crushed walnut shells. You are welcome to bring a mask if preferred (the room will be well ventilated).
